- July 7-10 - Peter Davis announced sweeping changes and gave his "this is the second saddest day in the history of DPI speech." The first
was when our founder Roy Score left the company, and the second was that Gene Mascoli had resigned.

- July 14 - The "sweeping" changes were un-swept with Peter Davis resigning,
everone re-instated to their previous positions and Roy Score appointed Chairman of the Board and acting CEO.
